There is no shortage of Hong Kong 'Life' from the perspective of the romantic westernised tropes of neon lights, hanging signs, towers of IFC & ICC, and the iconic Toyota Crown red taxis.
This is an ode to the oft less narrated Hong Kong Life as it really was. A perspective of an immigrant son returning to a small family home in the poorest district of Hong Kong, later eschewing Island life to stay in the heart of Kowloon.
This is Hong Kong Life, through my lens.
I rarely go out with the sole intention of shooting the streets of Hong Kong. I have limited time for that. Everything here documents daily life, albeit with camera in hand, capturing vibe of Hong Kong as it happens.
